🧾 General Sales Conditions (GSC)

1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all registrations and payments made via the La Geste du Loup Gris website, for events, workshops, conferences, auditions or shows offered online.

2. Registration and payment

Registration for a paid event is considered definitive once payment has been received via our service provider Stripe.
Payment is secure and a confirmation email is sent.

3. Cancellation - Refund

• Users may cancel their registration up to 10 days before the start of the event, with a full refund.

• After this deadline, no refund will be made, except in the event of cancellation by the association.

• In the event of cancellation on our part (due to lack of participants, force majeure or other), a full refund will be made.

4. Conditions of access to events

• Some events are open to the general public, while others are reserved for members.

• Admission requirements can be specified in the description of each event (minimum age, level, equipment required, etc.).

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, videos) is protected by copyright.
Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

6. Disputes - Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing this, the competent courts of Paris will be seized.
